Identify Your Niche

While this is true, the MMO niche is also over-saturated which makes it harder for newbie bloggers to fight their way through the tough competition. That’s why you don’t need to follow others – find a niche in which you are comfortable.

Find Keywords

This is also an important part of almost every internet marketing area. Your blog must target specific keywords, because this is how visitors will find you through the search engines.

People tend to make the same mistake: they target keywords that have a huge competition. Of course, ranking high for “making money online” will put a lot of checks in your mailbox, but the road to that goal will be bumpy and very long.

That’s why I recommend you try out ranking for keywords that have less searches, but also less competition. So, instead of “making money online” choose “how to make money blogging (this is only an example).”

About Your Content

Now there are a lot of blogs out there, so don’t think that you will have it easy. It doesn’t matter what niche you are targeting, you will still have competition. Now think: why should people stay on your blog and not just go somewhere else?

The only thing that can distinguish you from mediocre bloggers is quality content. Your articles, videos, audios must always be top-notch, no fluff – only valuable content. Most bloggers write only for the money and you can “feel” it when reading their texts; you, on the other hand, will build rapport with your visitors; you will teach or inform them about something, and make their lives easier!
