This market research is vital as it will let you learn about the competition, see how others have been successful, and may help you find some niche or angle that has been overlooked.

Finally, once you determine what your product should be and what others in the same field are doing, you have to create the actual product itself. Many of these online products are essentially information products; products that tell people how to do something, where to find something, or what to do with something. Producing information products is fairly easy and inexpensive and can use a wide range of formats. These include e-books, websites, blogs, audio files, videos, and software. With modern technology, a new product using these formats can be created quickly and cheaply.

Breaking into an existing market with a new product is never easy, but with a little planning and research it is absolutely doable. By developing your own product, your ability to promote other products as an affiliate is radically enhanced. Further, if your product turns out to be a good one you stand to make a lot of money just as a producer.
